Preparation instructions:
Serves 2: In a bowl, pour 1 cup of couscous (150g) and 1 cup of boiling water (200ml). Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Add a knob of butter. Fluff with a fork. It's ready! MICROWAVE: Mix 1 part couscous, 1 part cold water, and 1 tablespoon of oil in a bowl. Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes (800W). Fluff with a fork. It's ready! TRADITIONAL: Serves 8: In a bowl: Pour 1 kg of couscous. Add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add a tablespoon of oil and 2 to 3 glasses of water. Let the water absorb. Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil in the bottom of the couscousier. Mix the grains by rolling them between your fingertips to separate them. Place the couscous in the top basket of the couscousier. Steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork, season with salt, and steam again. Fluff with butter and serve.
