A delicious recipe idea with your Garlic & Onion carton… Vegetable Lasagna Serves 4 / 25 min cooking time at 210°C Ingredients: 1 carton of Panzani Garlic & Onion Cooked Tomato Sauce 12 Panzani lasagna sheets 10 chopped basil leaves 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 250g ricotta cheese Olive oil Grated Gruyère cheese Salt, pepper 1-Preheat your oven to 210°C 2-Sauté the bell peppers in a pan with a little olive oil 3-Add the Panzani Garlic & Onion sauce and simmer for 5 minutes 4-Mix the ricotta cheese, chopped basil, a little pepper, and salt in a bowl 5-In a gratin dish, pour a layer of tomato sauce, then alternate with a Layer of lasagna, layer of tomato sauce and layer of ricotta mixture, repeat until all ingredients are used up. 6-Sprinkle with grated Gruyère cheese and bake for 25 minutes at 210°C. 7-Let rest for 10 minutes.
