Whole wheat flakes 20.8%, chicory fiber, whole oat flakes 13%, dried apricots 8.6%, stabilizer: sorbitols, glucose syrup, flours 7.2% (rice 4.7%, wheat 2.5%), toasted sesame 5.2%, sunflower oil, sugar, wheat malt, magnesium, natural apricot flavor with others natural flavors, wheat gluten, salt, emulsifier: lecithins, vitamins (B2, B6, B5, PP). Made in a workshop that uses nuts, milk, eggs, mustard and soy.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
